We deliver across Nigeria and offer in-store pickup at our headquarters. Orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation on business days.
Delivery Options
Pickup at Store
Free. Place your order online and collect it at our store during opening hours. We’ll send a notification once your order is ready.
Same-City Delivery
Available for customers within our city. Orders placed before 12pm are typically delivered the same day; later orders are delivered the next business day. Delivery fee is calculated at checkout based on your address.
Nationwide Delivery
Available to all Nigerian states. Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days depending on your location, handled by our logistics partners. Delivery fee is calculated at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can also view the status of any order from the Orders page in your account.
Pay on Delivery
For customers paying on delivery, please have the exact amount ready in cash when our courier arrives. The order must be paid for in full before the package is handed over.
Failed or Missed Deliveries
If our courier is unable to reach you, we’ll attempt delivery up to two more times. After three failed attempts, the order will be returned to our store and you may be charged a re-delivery fee.
